  In Reflexology, the sense of touch is used to help aid deep relaxation, which in turn can stimulate the body's natural ability to balance and heal. It's been used for thousands of years by many cultures of the world. Finger and thumb pressure is applied to reflex points on the feet, which mirror every structure or organ of the body. There are over 7000 nerve endings on your feet which, when stimulated, conduct electrical impulses through the energy channels of the body, helping to clear energy blockages, release mental & physical tensions, and restore balance. The treatment includes a rejuvenating foot massage, which can be personalised with essential oils if you wish.

Swedish Body Massage

  In this beautiful treatment, the healing power of touch is combined with the use of pure aromatherapy essential oils, which will be chosen and blended especially for your needs. This may be relaxation, pain management, improved mood, or to reduce toxins and boost the immune system, as well as helping to soothe the symptoms of particular conditions such as fatigue, stress, anxiety, and digestive and gynaecological complaints . This is slower pace of massage, where a range of techniques and pressures are used on acupressure points across the body to help the oils enter your system, leaving you feeling calm and serene.

Indian Head Massage

• Indian Head Massage (45 minutes) - £40

  (Includes upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp, face and ears)

  This treatment helps to ease tension, reduce stress and improve circulation and lymphatic flow through a range of massage techniques which focus on the acupressure points across the upper back & shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp, face and ears. Oils will be used - the scalp massage can be carried out with or without oil. This is a deeply relaxing, holistic treatment that is carried out in a seated position and will leave you feeling energised and rejuvenated.
