What should I do after my appointment?
Personal aftercare advice will be provided after your treatment. In the 24 hours after your appointment, we will always advise you to drink plenty of water; eat healthy, light food; try to avoid stimulants such as tea, coffee, alcohol and chocolate; rest as much as possible; and try to avoid heavy lifting and exercise. If essential oils have been applied in your treatment, try to wait as long as you can before taking a shower to allow your skin to absorb the oils.
